  • Product Installation

    Our own service performs product installation domestically. In countries where we have a dealer, the installation is carried out abroad by a dealer vehicle, and in countries where there are no dealers, our service team does the installation.

  • How to Set Up My Product

    You can install our products by reading and following the installation section in the user manual, but malfunctions caused by installation errors are not covered by the warranty. Therefore, it is recommended that it be done by our authorized service or authorized dealer.

  • When Does My Warranty Start?

    The warranty period starts with delivery and is 24 months domestically and 12 months abroad.

  • Do I Need to Send the Product's Warranty Certificate?

    The product warranty certificate is automatically sent to our dealers by Alterna.

  • When can I apply for service/malfunction?

    We recommend that you make your service application through our communication channels. The information we primarily want you to specify here is: Machine model, Serial number, brief description of the fault and video or photo information. Apart from this, you can contact us via WhatsApp or phone.

  • How Can I Reach the Nearest Authorized Service?

    You can reach the nearest authorized service by contacting our dealer in your country or by sending an e-mail.

  • The product I requested is missing or incorrect, what should I do?

    Take a photo of the item you are sure was sent incorrectly and email it to us.
